Ever since I was little, I knew that I wanted to support people in their health. When I was a pre-med student at Brandeis University, I first experienced Chinese Medicine by volunteering at a non-profit acupuncture clinic in Boston. I was amazed by the power of this medicine to transform people’s health and I knew that this was the kind of medicine that I wanted to practice.
Since holistic medicine transformed my health and my life, I love to share my knowledge of Chinese Medicine for natural healing. I was a featured Women’s Health columnist for the San Francisco Bay Area Women’s Journal. I have offered health workshops all over the Bay Area.
After 16 years of living in San Francisco, I now live in Marin with my partner and our two adorable rescue dogs. I enjoy hiking and exploring the beauty of Marin County.
During our appointment, I will listen carefully to your needs and we will thoroughly discuss your condition. Together, we will create a proactive treatment plan designed to restore harmony and balance in your body. Since my approach is integrative, I will also work with your other health care practitioners.
My philosophy is that the natural state of the body is balance. With Chinese Medicine, we give our body the support that it needs to properly heal. Furthermore, with the appropriate changes we make in our daily life, we can move towards a path of optimal health.
I believe in educating my patients so that you can be directly involved in your own healing process. I encourage you to trust and listen to your own body. I strongly believe that we can maintain radiant health through the choices we make in our daily lives, so I educate and encourage my patients to make healthy choices. Through this collaborative process, you will feel motivated to healthier ways of living to enjoy a full, vibrant life.
I value diversity and am committed to create an environment that feels safe for all of my patients. I am LGBTQ friendly. I support Health at Every Size.
