I am passionate about natural medicine and am happy to share my experience and expertise with my community.
When I was a pre-med student at Brandeis University, I was introduced to East Asian Medicine by volunteering at a non-profit acupuncture clinic in Boston. I was amazed by the power of this medicine to transform people’s health and I knew that this was the kind of medicine that I wanted to practice.
I studied at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco. I am grateful for the opportunity to practice East Asian Medicine and I am indebted to all of my teachers who passed on their knowledge. I continue to study to enhance my skills to best support my patients.
Since holistic medicine has supported my health, I am honored to share my knowledge. I have offered healing workshops all over the Bay Area and I volunteered at the Charlotte Maxwell Clinic in Oakland where I provided acupuncture for women living with cancer.
After many years of living in San Francisco, I now live in Marin. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and exploring the beauty of Marin County with my partner and two dogs.
My Approach
During our appointment, I will listen carefully to your needs and we will thoroughly discuss your condition. Together, we will create a proactive treatment plan designed to restore balance in your body. Since my approach is integrative, I am happy to work with your other health care practitioners. East Asian Medicine can complement your current medical treatments.
I believe in a holistic approach which expands the definition of “health” to include a healthy mind, body and spirit. We see these as equally important and use natural approaches and self-care to support holistic healing.
I believe in educating my patients so that you can be directly involved in your own healing process. I encourage you to trust and listen to your own intuition and to relate to yourself with self-compassion. I strongly believe that we can support health through the choices we make in our daily lives, so I educate and encourage my patients to make choices for a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
Everyone is Welcome!
I am committed to create an environment that feels safe for all of my patients. I am LGBTQIA+ friendy. I value body diversity and am a strong supporter that people at all sizes can experience health.
