I am passionate about natural medicine and am happy to share my experience and expertise with my community.
Ever since I was little, I knew that I wanted to support people in their health. When I was a pre-med student at Brandeis University, I was introduced to Chinese Medicine by volunteering at a non-profit acupuncture clinic in Boston. I was amazed by the power of this medicine to transform people’s health and I knew that this was the kind of medicine that I wanted to practice.
Since holistic medicine transformed my health and my life, I love to share my knowledge of Chinese Medicine for natural healing. I was a featured Women’s Health columnist for the San Francisco Bay Area Women’s Journal. I have offered Chinese medicine healing workshops all over the Bay Area. I currently volunteer at the Charlotte Maxwell Clinic in Oakland where I provide acupuncture for women living with cancer.
After 16 years of living in San Francisco, I now live in Marin. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and exploring the beauty of Marin County with my partner and two rescue dogs, Luna and Georgie.
My Approach
During our appointment, I will listen carefully to your needs and we will thoroughly discuss your condition. Together, we will create a proactive treatment plan designed to restore harmony and balance in your body. Since my approach is integrative, I will also work with your other health care practitioners.
I am a supporter of holistic medicine, which expands the definition of health to include a healthy mind, body and spirit. We see these as equally important and use natural medicine and self-care to bring balance and health.
I believe in educating my patients so that you can be directly involved in your own healing process. I encourage you to trust and listen to your own intuition. I strongly believe that we can maintain health through the choices we make in our daily lives, so I educate and encourage my patients to make healthy choices for mind, body, and spirit. Through this collaborative process, you will feel motivated to healthier ways of living to enjoy a full, vibrant life.
Everyone is Welcome!
I am committed to create an environment that feels safe for all of my patients. I am LGBTQI friendy. I value body diversity and am a strong supporter that people at all sizes can experience health. I have signed the Health at Every Size (HAES)® Pledge.
