Fees: Please call or email my office for current service fees.

Medical Insurance:

In-Network: My office is in-network with United Healthcare PPO, Blue Shield PPO, and Optum Health. (We are not in-network with Blue Shield HMO or Anthem Blue Cross of California). We may be in-network with out of state Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. My office can check your insurance benefits to let you know the details of your coverage. If you have acupuncture coverage, we will work with your insurance directly for reimbursement. To check benefits, please email my office with the following information: your full name, your date of birth, your insurance name, your insurance ID number, and your main reason for scheduling.

Out-of-network:

Cigna and Aetna: My office will check benefits for Cigna and Aetna. If you have acupuncture coverage for an out-of-network provider, my office will bill your insurance on your behalf. To check benefits, please email my office with the following information: your full name, your date of birth, your insurance name, your insurance ID number, and your main reason for scheduling.

Other Insurances: Anthem, American Specialty Health, HMO plans, etc. My office does not work directly with these plans. Please contact your insurance company to see if your plan will cover acupuncture with an out-of-network practitioner. Patients pay the full fee at the time of their appointment and my office can give you a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance for direct reimbursement.

Payment:

Payment is collected at the time of treatment. My office accepts cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. We also process health savings accounts (HSA) and flexible spending accounts.
