It’s so easy to get in the mental space that something is wrong with me when we are dealing with health issues.
Today, I want to remind you:
You are whole, perfect and complete exactly as you are, right now.
Even if you are struggling with your health and at times feel hopeless or frustrated with your body, your innate wholeness is always true.
On this journey, it is human nature to forget this truth. We need to be reminded over and over again.
So, place your hand over your heart. Close your eyes. Breathe. Notice how you feel when you let the truth of your wholeness sink in.
