Today I thank my body.

I thank my legs for transporting me to all the places I need to go.

I thank my arms for letting me hug the people I love.

I thank my senses for letting me feel the warmth of the sun.

I thank my hands for letting me help others by providing healing through acupuncture.

I also thank my body for always giving me feedback when things aren’t quite right. And, I thank my body for giving me the opportunity to make changes to support myself.

When I listen to my body and respond to my needs, I notice positive shifts in my health and my life.

sometimes big.

sometimes very, very small.

But even that is amazing and I am thankful.
